There's already one unique thing on it. Besides; lifesteal and spell vamp are never unique.

I tried a simmilar build on katarina: Sorc boots - Rylais - Hextechs... pretty intresting results. note on katarina is that she won't get them as easy as sivir. only cuzz she can't farm as good.

Try a Trinity Force too if you get into late game. Gives AP and AD and all sorts of crazy stuff.
