Since I'd only have hit 30 tonight (blasted servers), I rolled AP Teemo pretty regularly, maxing out CDR and getting AP/AS along the way. Primary items were Nashor's, AS boots, Reverie (helped when pooping out 'shrooms), and MOAR AP (also, Madred's never hurt). Certainly not as powerful as AD Teemo, but I still had fun running people through a 'shroom-infested river.
