In theory it sounds great, awesome synergy with E whilst keeping Cho's tankiness, but I feel it might not be all that great on Cho anywhere other than team fights, since he has no slow and an easily dodgable CC as his only CC, you could just run away.

If against enemy casters with good DPS I'd pick it up. I haven't thought about it before, but it certainly seems like a good choice.

I'd only get it when doing well, not needing that much MR, and more damage means more awesome.
I'm curious to see if it gives more damage than, say, an Abyssal Mask would (for the cost).

I'd have to make a ton of assumtions to be able to graph that (because it's an AP item vs an "AD" item). That's a pain in the *** and the graph gets a lot less accurate. Sooo: I dun wanna.

yeah theres no way you could graph that accurately.
if you're just talking about his e that would be
21 damage with 20 mr reduction aura
versus
42 damage with 40% attack speed
keep in mind that the damage bonus from wits end only hits your main target while the damage bonus from abyssals ap will hit everyone
