Seeker's Armguard and all upgrades should reflect the change from 4.20. Total cost is 1200, and only takes a single Cloth Armor + Amplifying Tome.

What you think of giving this to Zac as an opening item...if you started with the amp tomb to open with and then bought the two cloth armors and finished the seeker AG...it wouldn't take too long and I would think the bonus armor and AP from this item would help him a lot in a top lane...thoughts?

I haven't tried it yet, but might soon. Can't think of a reason not to yet, but I haven't played him too much yet.

In-game it displays as 1/15, 2/15 etc, for the bonus. Took me a small bit to realize that since at first I was confused but figured out they round up per 1.

This item should be building into Wooglet's Witchcap instead of Chain Vest.

This would be nice for tanks or junglers that need AP...but it only builds into one thing.
