Patch 14.13 is here with various champion changes, item changes, rune changes, system changes, new skins and much more that we'll go through in this quick article!
The patch features changes ranging from champions to items and rune changes. Champions like Gangplank and Graves have been buffed and on the other side champions such as Brand and Gragas have received nerfs. Patch 14.13 also includes an item change towards Opportunity but also two rune changes that will be arriving to Dark Harvest as well as Electrocute.
Along with all of the above, there have also been some major changes to ARAM and the Arena mode where several champions have been buffed and others nerfed, certain items as well as augments have also been tinkered with. Finally this patch also includes changes towards how Ranked promotions rewards LP to players.
