    Does CDR affect the recharge time of azir's soldiers?

    at arise lvl 5 they recharge every 8 seconds but if i had 40% cdr would i get a new soldier in 4.8 seconds? BTW if this is a dumb question please know that i have not played azir but i am thinking about it

    Yes it does, this is another reason why CDR on azir is his first priority stat along with mana regen.
