League of Legends (LoL) Question: low elo

Yes, it is.

It's debatable where "high Elo" starts, and often it just depends on the context, but yeah no one would disagree that silver, even silver 1, is low Elo.

This is a bit subjective, IMO. I'd say Silver 1 to Plat 5 is average. From then on, you could call it "high", even if the player quality differences from Plat 5 to Diamond 5 is quite noticeable (as is from Dia 5 to Dia 3 and so on).

If you take into consideration the other ranks that are above you like; Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Challenger. The only ranks below you are bronze, so yes, I would consider all of silver a low elo. But hey, it's fine, i'm silver 3 also, everybody has been in either silver or bronze in their league lifetime at least once.

Low elo is from Bronze 5 - Gold 3, medium elo is Gold 2 - Diamond 4, and high elo is Diamond 3 - Challenger. They are my estimations roughly.
