does fervor of battle work with runaan's hurricane?
i've heard that the keystone mastery Fervor of Battle works as an on-hit effect.
i'm wondering whether it works with the 2 bolts shot by runaan's hurricane and whether the physical damage dealt by fervor of battle is reduced to 25%?

I was under the impression that on-hit effects got reduced damage on bolts though. If that was the case FoB would deal reduced damage too. In any case it seems a good mastery to have on most Runaan's builds.
