    Hey guys! I bought Xin Zhao with Warring Kingdoms on my shop and it says it includes Xin Zhao upon payment.I checked my profile>champions and i did'nt see Xin Zhao.and also,my RP was decreased.

    You cannot own a skin for a champion you don't own. If you can't select Xin Zhao in champion select, submit a ticket to Riot support explaining the situation. Grab some proof of the transaction and include it in the ticket.

    Go to the store, then at the top right under the X button it should have a person with a setting gear that says account when you hover it, and click on that. Then on the left where it says categories click purchase history and see what happens.
