    so where are these two better atm? top or mid?

    Mid Definitely Mid, they can still be played top but with less success. Ryze lost his life steal making it harder for him to stay in a long lane. Vlad has better scaling when going ap now. Though they are better midlaners, if you know the matchups and how they work in toplane, these champions can still punish their opponent very hard due to their range and scaling

    they might also be bad in toplane just because of the meta. They do fairly poorly against ranged (ie Jayce, Kennen), and good early game (ie Renekton, Jayce) P.S i really don't like jayce

    Play them on midlane, on toplane they have a hard life... champs like Poppy will **** them hard, after getting spirit visage.
