League of Legends (LoL) Question: Report!!

Report helps the system to target players with bad behavior, it doesn't fill like it most of the time, but sometimes you will get a massage that player has been punished if you are the last one who reported him before he punished, still there are a lot of toxic players and more, just mute them and report.
