    I Have Placed In 10º On The Monthly Giveaway , Why I Don't Win The Giveaway ?

    Because it's based on a raffle system. Just because you're in the top 10 for raffle entries doesn't guarantee you a raffle win. It gives you a higher chance, but it does not mean you will win. Vapora Dark, who has usually over 700 entries each month, doesn't always win. It's random chance.

    This is correct. Having more tickets gives you a higher chance to win, but there's still a large element of luck involved, given how many site members are entered every month.
