Getting the Head of Kha'Zix if there's no opposing Kha'Zix as well as Kha'Z

I've seen a Kha'Zix build suggesting that, if you're Kha'Zix and there isn't an opposing Rengar, you could get the fourth evolution by pulling off a pentakill. This is the build that claims this to be true: http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/khazix-the-hunt-is-on-250205 I'm curious if this is true or not. Also, can the same be just as true for Rengar getting the head of Kha'Zix by scoring a pentakill when Kha'Zix isn't around under the same circumstances?

That's a lie. You can't get it even if you pull off a Penta.

It is a hoax. Neither Rengar nor Kha'Zix get any bonus from getting a pentakill besides regular gold.

As far as I know, there is no "Head of Kha'Zix" or "Head or Rengar" I could be wrong, but I have played both pretty extensively and against the other and never gotten anything like that. Granted, I have never gotten a Pentakill in those exact circumstances, but I highly doubt that there is such a thing.

The stacks don't matter, he can have 0.

The Bonetooth Necklace needs to have at least 10 stacks I believe

You're wrong, but I'm not too surprised you haven't run into it yet. It requires you to have a Kha'Zix and a Rengar in the same match on opposite teams. Kha'Zix has to hit 16 and evolve 3 abilities while Rengar needs to have his Bonetooth Necklace. Then if Rengar kills Kha'Zix, his necklace is replaced with the Head of Kha'Zix, which is like a permanently full-stacked bonetooth necklace. If Kha'Zix kills Rengar, he gets a fourth evolution. There is no "Head of Rengar" item however.
