    I have played ap blitz he is super fun but i don't feel that the runes flow with the build.

    Take electrocute if you wanna play AP.

    If you want to really be a horrible person, take Kleptomancy. Hook them, AA twice, E, AA twice, etc. It's something that can be used on any build of Blitz that's a blast to play.

    Doesn't matter if you go full AP or not, 120 to both resistances is impossible to top. Even damage wise it's pretty good.
