After immobilizing an enemy champion, increase your Armor and Magic Resist by 35 + 80% of your Bonus Resists for 2.5s. Then explode, dealing magic damage to nearby enemies.

Damage: 25-120 (+8% of your bonus health)
Cooldown: 20s

Resistance bonus from Aftershock capped at: 80-150 (based on level)

What's exactly the meaning of "immobilizing". For instance, does a knock-up count as immobilizing? What about a taunt?

I believe that it's anything that stops movement. For example, I run this rune on Galio, and it procs when I use my Justice Punch, which knocks up my target. It does not proc when I use Shield of Durand, though, since taunted enemies can still move, they just can't choose where. Best method to see how things work is to just try them, the Practice Tool is wonderful for that. =)

does proc on fears/flees, taunts and snares (just tested). The only CC that won't proc aftershock is slows (movement speed and attack speed slows) and polymorph.

Does it work on charms?

Haven't tested (since Charm champions generally wouldn't take Aftershock) but since it's forced movement like Flee, I'm quite certain it would.

"Immobilize" in this context means "prevents the player from controlling their champion's movement," which is why Polymorph doesn't proc Aftershock, since you can still control where you move.
