Which person do you hate more?
Who is more annoying to fight, Teemo or Yasuo?
Who is more annoying to fight, Master Yi or Zoe?

From a personal experience, 
Teemo is much more annoying to fight, only because you can't really do anything early game against him. However, after that he's easy. Yasuo isn't even something you can consider for Toplane and so therefore he doesn't really count in my opinion.
Master Yi is definitely more annoying to fight in comparison to Zoe if he's fed, if he is not then nah. Zoe is mainly just a pick that's supposed to be annoying, it's her playstyle. Don't get hit by bubble = you won't die.

Yeah but even then, that's still not that annoying to play against. If you can lock Zoe down properly with CC, she's gone.
