League of Legends (LoL) Question: How to set ability orders in builds to the actual game

Coming from Dota 2, whenever I am creating a build, I can input which abilities i can acquire in order. Since I am fairly new to LOL, I went straight to learning the builds of the character I started with, Darius.

I know how to recreate the item build shown in these guides in this website to the game using the item editor in the LOL client, but here is where my question comes in, how does one edit the ability order in this game? Is there even an ability order editor or do I have to manually level up the abilities in the order specified in the builds?
