League of Legends (LoL) Question: I cant verify my league summoner

I have been trying for a bit now, but Im not able to verify the account even though I put everything correctly. It always says: The username or region was invalid. Check them or try again later.

My summoner its TOBY LOVES L #TOBY and Im from EUW.

I would really request some help since I want my rank to appear in my Sett guide.
