Skarner and Thresh Lantern

If a Skarner and Thresh are on the same team, can Skarner use his ultimate on an enemy, and then click Thresh's lantern to move?

It used to be possible ;P
However, as the description of the video states, it no longer is.

You're unable to click on lantern while suppressing enemy champion as Skarner. Sadly. >_< Tried it already with a friend.
