About 3.9 Patch
Do anyone know when will be realeased patch 3.9 on EUW? And about Master Yi, in which way his skills will be changed? Just asking cause i dont know where to find this info, if u have a link about it, feel free to post it. Thanks :D

As per patch 3.9, we don't even know when it'll be released on NA. 3.8 was released early in june, so I'm not expecting anything til late july at least.
