Sion Rework = New Champion?
Does anyone know if the release of the new Sion rework is going to count as a new champ for upcoming price reductions? I want to buy Viktor but don't want to spend that IP if I could save it by waiting a little longer

Sion is being entirely replaced. This means that new Sion takes his place and anyone who had old Sion already has him and any associated skins. His old look was likely deemed "too bad" to salvage for a traditional skin.
