World Championship Runes
So I've been looking up runes of some pro players. Looking at Insec's 
Lee Sin I found out that he uses Greater Seal of Scaling Armor. Do they really help that much? When compring to something he ran in soloq, he used Greater Seal of Health while using Greater Glyph of Armor to some degree and mixing his Quints between damage and armor. Is there any good reason he switches them up, or are they matchup specific?

I can't speak for him, but personally, Greater Seal of Scaling Armor are extremely underrated. They match the flats at lvl 6, and continue to skyrocket past them after that. I'm also pretty casual as far as League goes, but I can't imagine a scenario when I wouldn't take Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist on pretty much everyone outside of bot lane.
