if you don't want to take a break then try playing some aram. you can also practice dodging skillshots and picking better engages with melee champs in aram

Hey, what I usually do if I even begin going on tilt is simply stop playing for a while. Get your mind rolling on something else and once you feel that you're over the feeling of disappointment you can begin to head back to the game!
