I have seen the power of AD Arhi first hand, and it is broke af. Assuming that you still built AP items despite the fact you had runes that work the best with champions that rely heavily on AD, it isn't that hard to win a game, there are a number of factors that could have lead to your ten kills zero deaths. What runes did you have specifically?

there is no such thing as "Adc runes, mid runes" or anything like this. The runes are simple there to assist you during your game, you are free to use them as u see fit as for whoever champion you like. And so by playing the game its community (the people playing league) form certain specific ways the champions are usually played (Runes, Builds, Spell-leveling) which we call meta.. But this meta can mold and changed depending on any changes being made via patches or if someone discovers a new better way to play the champion which other players somehow didn't in order to create a better variation (more efficient) for him. Thats why we have many different builds for almost all champions. I hope u can understand what i'm trying to explain. Cheers

It depends on what runes you are taking for ADC. I have found that ahri can work with Fleet Footwork to some extent, but isn't great
