    Ahri's charm amps her magic damage?

    If Ahri also had the mastery arcane blade or maybe the item nashor's tooth, would charm's debuff also amp that autoattack magic damage from her?

    Yup. It amplifies all magic damage from Ahri as well as the true damage from Orb of Deception.
