They still stack, just not with multiple identical items.

They changed it to be a unique passive a few patches later, your source is outdated.

They used to stack, but as of 6.14/15 they made them unique passives, meaning that they no longer stack. If you want test it just make a custom game with a friend and check your stats.

No they do not. The additional healing and shields are both unique passives.

As you can see, they have different names though they do thee same function. Maybe read the items' descriptions more before you say who is "outdated" between you and Jani?

What Jani said. Riot changed it so that you can't stack the same item, but the two different items can stack with each other.

But they aren't named the same. Unique passives without names mean that they don't work if you have two or three pieces of the same item. The unique passive doesn't have a name so they still stack.
