League of Legends (LoL) Question: Does the MOBAfire site get shut down daily?

I have noticed recently that around this time (1 AM MST; +1 PST, -2 EST, -7 GST), MOBAfire seems to completely shut down for a short period of time.

I did play a game called EVE Online of which the company that owns it, CCP, would shut down its main server (there is only one server for the entire world except China) for just half an hour every day to do some quick maintenence on it if need be, and to just give the server a small break.

Does MOBAfire do this as well? If not, anyone happen to know what that is? I'm simply curious.
