League of Legends (LoL) Question: Does Zeke's Herald give attack speed boost?

Under the item tab for attack speed and on a couple builds that I have read, Zeke's Herald is said to give some sort of attack speed boost. I see health, CDR, AD, and life steal. So why would it be listed under the attack speed items? If this is a bug that does in fact give attack speed in game, excellent. If not, Mobafire please fix this when you have the time!
