    How does MOBAFire's voting system work?

    So basically MOBAFire tells us the number of votes and the little green bar. Now it is safe to assume that the green bar represents what proportion of the votes were positive. However, is there a way to check the exact number of upvotes and downvotes (or perhaps a %)?

    To my understanding, the indicators of your guide's score (green bar, percentage) are extremely vague and don't tell you much about how your guide's score compares to any other guide, except that you would naturally assume that a guide with 5 bars is ranked lower than a guide with 10 bars. There is no way to find out anything more specific and so all you really need to know is where your guide stands relative to other guides for that champion.
