League of Legends (LoL) Question: Is AP Tryndamere playable

It is playable in my opinion but mainly for split pushing, as long as you can do that in peace you should be fine. Getting out should be good too with all the Cooldown.

I find playing AP Tryndamere challenging but not impossible, why I find it challenging? It is like playing a Master Yi without his ultimate to reset cooldowns, he is harder to play but rewards generously if well played.

This will sound like promoting my guide but actually there are only 2 AP Tryndamere builds in here. Mine is more like AP AS (if you played Varus you know what I mean if you don't... well look for it :D) So my suggestion is please read AP Tryndamere build of Blessed1337 (at featured builds section)

Also, yes after nerfs everyone went to play AD Tryndamere but if you have the skills no nerf can stop you from playing him.

you can even win a game with Morgana adc (it was a bot game but i won :D). of course i don know for sure if there is a bug, so that you cant win with ap Tryndamere.
ok, seriously: of course you can play it and win, but it is not viable(and you cant really carry with him now imho)
