Mid/Leblanc main?

Hello,I am a silver player. I started playing LeBlanc. I am a jg main so I wanted to know what to do mid when my opponent is not there. Example,I killed him,what do I do? Push lane,help other lane? When I'm jg I often see player roaming. I don't know much about mid lane so please help me.

If you kill your lane opponent you usually just shove the wave into tower then recall to spend your gold and refill your health and mana. If you manage to get a kill but are still fairly high on HP and mana and you see an opportunity to make a play, it's okay to roam.

Roaming is more commonly done after pushing the wave into the tower so you have time to walk around before the next wave of enemy minions comes. Your lane opponent will be busy farming under their tower, making it difficult for them to follow you.
