Rune Setup for AD Carries
im a really terrible adc and i want improve my "adc skill" with the start of season 3 :)
one simple question - "what for rune combinations are good?"
some adc use ad marks and quints, others arpen marks and quints, but some take a mix from both. i need some setups. i didnt know whats the adc meta is today :(

If you want to look at the calculations, it is in my blog. But the conclusion is simple:
Late game ArP is better, early game flat AD is better.
For teamfights, ArP is better, for farming, flat AD is better.
With seals and glyphs, defense is adviced :P, with some exeptions for certain champions.
ez = ad reds and quints
draven = arpen reds and quints
twitch = arpen reds and ad quints
