Support Main, don't know what champ to buy next.

Hello i am a support main currently at Gold V.
I have 6400 BE and i don't know what support champion/champions to buy next.

    Currently have: Sona,Karma,Janna,Nami,Morgana,Taric,Soraka,Fiddlesticks,Blitzcrank.

I was thinking to get alistar, zilean(because i have a champ shard with him) and lux or get something
like thresh, rakan but a 4800 BE champion and zilean could be worth too.

Don't really know which ones to buy especially in this meta because i play solo/duo a lot. Any suggestions?
    Thank you for your time!

I'd try an ADC, since you have a lot of experience with supporting champs, sincerely I think the safest bet is Miss Fortune / Caythlin / Tristana and then getting going for more difficult ones like Draven, after you practice a lot you can go for a nice mid laner like good ole Fiddlesticks which you already have.

Lux support is really hit or miss. Her CC is great and she counters a lot of the meta supports like Pyke and Rakan, but she ends up stealing a lot of the kills from the lane. That's the issue you run into with a lot of the damage supports. This leaves your ADC with less gold and thus takes longer to build. Pyke is a great choice if you want this aggro playstyle. He has CC for days and you can even KS with your ult and give your ADC the full gold for a kill. Nami is a great support if you want the heal and CC. Thresh is a personal favorite because he is one of the few supports you can engage a teamfight with. Your CC destroys in the early game and your tankiness makes up for it in the late game. Blitzcrank is the same way. The downside to these CC supports is that you need to have decent communication with your ADC, since he has to engage when you do. If you are playing with a total knob, you are dead in the water.

If you are set on buying a support, Thresh is a lot of fun, and so is Rakan if you like playmaking. If you want to tank, I would say Braum or Taric would be good picks, since the current meta favors them, and they aren't too rare to see in solo q regardless of the patch.

    Hope this helps,

I would recommend Leona if you like the tank type, Thresh if you liked Blitzcrank type, and Rakan and Bard are pretty fun if you like an mobile champions.

i tried Zilean but i didnt like it much, wire mechanics

What style of support do u prefer? E.g. aggressive playmaker like Alistar or Pyke, healer like Nami or Soraka, CC like Blitzcrank or Thresh
