I agree about about all champions in Tier 1 but liliia camile and ornn should also be placed in good tier and rengar should be. Malphite should be be in the best tier. This season he is over performing. Senna top is weird tbh. Also jhin top is a weird pick. However I wonder how poppy and sylas arent at lieast Tier 3 or tier 2

Hey, I took the notes and updated the tier list.
However the 1st tier will stay unchanged. (I considered bringing to t2 thogh)

I don't know about top place much. He's an assassin and top champs are generally tanky. He got a nice bush advantage in top but still, most champs from above tier can really ruin him. He's squishy and works well against squishies. I put him in dependent tier, it means he can be very good or very bad and it depends on the match up and how good his player is.

about , Yep he can be really good but he has 2 sides:
1: Poke malph. generally spamming Q and waiting for the right time to R and all in. (If you miss R and the enemy blocks it (Like Fiora's W or simply dodging it) he's dead. And some champs can out poke him or position well to make him suffer. (like or champs like )
2: tank malph. He doesn't really deal much damage and lose most all ins vs top tier champs. He will be good against full AD teams and a good team player, but would be hard to win lane against some top tier champs. A E would end his life. He has NO mobility beside Q or simply using his R to run away which makes his power much less.

yeah! and she has a pretty good place in meta and soloq.
one of the best things about her is that you won't regret the effort you put in learning her. She'll always keep a good place and is very rewarding to play her. A fed can truly win games on her own. People usually don't respect her splitpush power.

btw, DEPENDENT doesn't mean they're bad. It means they require more skill to be played top. (and preferably for countering)

Nice list! I'd love to see your comments in the tier itself, I can only view from my perspective and I'd love to hear yours! What's so special about Darius and Fiora that gives them that extra oomf above the rest? I'd especially love to hear what makes Darius better than Garen. I wish I'd see Kayle up a little higher, because her late game will end you, but her early game is a hard beast to handle so I can definitely see her positioning, but let me know if you have any other thoughts! :D

I main so I understand what u say. I put in the 1st tier but I personally don't play him much. (my top choices are usually or ). I changed her place to tier 2.
about the 1st tier choices, The only other 2 who I might consider for 1st tier are and . I think and are the best because they're strong in the whole phase of the game and can comeback easier than most champs. is popular for being a game changer and a fed is a nightmare. is mobile and can't be kited easily. She deals true damage based on his target's maximum health. She got immunity with her W and can even counter CCs with it. She can destory towers faster with her E (most top laners have such tool. can destroy towers much faster but he needs stacks to do so). and she Gains so much healing with his R, plus a lot of damage. not many people can survive enough to complete the vitals. and , The only thing that lack so much is mobility which makes him easy to kite. has the mobilty but he's still not better than . 's Q and Ultimate are just OP. His Q gives him great damage and healing in teamfights and his ultimate resets with each kill during its duration (and it deals true damage. garen's do it too, it even has more damage, but it doesn't reset).
most of the placements aren't completely my personal thoughts. I always check popular tier lists on other sites to make sure about my oponions. My goal for this tier is to be based on the meta not my personal thoughts or who I like. that's why I put who is my favorite champ on the 3rd tierlist at first.

Thank you so much for a lengthy reply, you went way above what I ever expected, thank you! I can totally see where you're coming from on all of these champs, and definitely, I think brute strength would triumph a slightly more mobile champ in the case of Garen and Darius. And yeahh Fiora is SCARY. I wouldn't want to meet her, uh, anywhere, except maybe a date, and even then. Oop. I'd love to see a list of your own personal opinions rather than just meta, because while I think your meta here is spot on, I love seeing what individuals think of their own champs. (If you have one and I missed it, just let me know! :D)

Hmmm, I don't think it's nice to be on a date with her. I like to be, but she'll be scary xD.
and It this tier is kinda is my own thoughts too. I mean, there are many guides out there and each have different thoughts on the meta. but I get to choose between them.
To be honset, the player's experience is the most important thing. for example, 's winrate was very low after her nerfs but good players were still playing good. Her winrate is still not high enough but I myself play with her sometimes and feel really OP.
I have a favorite champs tier though. it's just champions that I like with the reasons I like them. you can check it here:

Where would Talon be on your top lane tier list

if I wanna put him, He'll be in the dependent Tier. which doesn't mean he'll be good or bad, it means dependent on the player experience and enemy champ it can be very good or awful.
Most top laners are tanks and usually goes for Lethality build and target squishies so Top lane isn't really the great place for him unless he's trying to build something else or is against an squishy champ. I personally don't think he can even beat after level 6. because I main and play her mid a lot and always end up bullying Assassins. (Her ultimate is anti Assassin tool)

I think that Garen is not a S+ tier since his nerfs. He is quit good but I think that his sit now is one less tier and Trydamer is a S+ tier. Good work!

I downgraded . but I'm not sure about yet. can you explain why do you think he's better than the other champions in the 2nd tier? And I like to know his Weaknesses as well. beside his ultimate, he's usually a dead guy in my game. low health and afraid of CC. I don't play him in lane but when I play him in ARAM I always end of with a few triple kills and it feels OP.
I'd like to know more about him.

I think that trydamere is very very good because when I play against him and I am top I can't farm. At lvl 1 he can have critical chance and it is very hard to play against him. Also when i am not play top I see trydamere wins. Maybe I can't counter him or Your are higher elo and it's different.

Hmm, try champs that can counter him. like , , , , or... Trynda is squishy. you should force him to use his Ultimate and after that He's not much of a problem. Champion with mobility are good against him. (because they can avoide being punished by his ultimate skill and then kill him.)
