[10.10] Bottom Tier List Patch 10.10

Ok, Ezrael? I have encountered him multiple times and his early game is very bad. And if you can stomp him so badly to the point where he can't even teamfights properly, then he is useless. Plus, he relies on his abilities a lot, and they are relatively easy to dodge. Ashe and aphelios could poke him out really easily. Maybe he should be lowered? I'm trying not to sound critical, because that was probably the only small thing I thought about this list, it is accurate overall :)

Miss fortune was nerfed in this patch so the fall for tier S
The Winrate of the tier D characters are low compared to the other S10 players so they are weak :(

Actually in this season Miss Fortune has been given more importance and she is the strongest champion till now. Even many pro players in their videos tell that. If Miss Fortune is moved up then the S tier would be perfect. In D tier Lucian, Xayah, Tristana and Kai'Sa they are not weak, all they required is skills. I don't know why every one placing Xayah in last tier always. Being a Xayah main, its kinda hurtful. Xayah is only the champion in adc list who can dominate in all kinds of game play whether it maybe early, mid, or even late Xayah does a lot of damage. She even bully her enemy in early game while farming with her Double Daggers and her passive Clean Cuts. Once she reaches lvl 2 she can go for kill pretty easily with good support. I would suggest you to play with her, once you feel comfortable with her she is kind of easy to play with and you always have full control of your lane without the help of your jungler.
Its kind of my personal request from all Xayah mains out there.
