Hmm, the title says [10.11] but we're in patch [10.18] now... I suggest you update the name as well.
and you might wanna add Pantheon to this tier as well. He is a good sup in the current meta and have a pretty decent winrate in both low elo and high elo. I've been seen Pantheon+ Senna combo a lot recently specially on twitch streams and diamond.

I'm gonna say it, Blitzcrank deserves to be up in the top tier, I had no idea how good of a support he was but DANG. I'm surprised to see Leona, I knew she was support, but I don't know if I've seen her up that high. I'm not gonna go too much into it, since Wicked Cherry did, but I agree that Janna deserves a higher spot, for basically all the reasons Cherry listed. Then again, of course, all is relative to how each individual plays each champ, right?

I wondered why you put Janna into the A tier when her overall win rate is the 6th highest of all champions with 52.6% - in higher elo she even has 59% in the Master and 60% in the Grand Master division. I know she might not feel very strong from her kit but that's actually a mistake. She's got sustain due to her R Monsoon, is incredibly fast thanks to her passive Tailwind, can shield her allies, herself and even turrets with her E Eye of the Storm. Her W is a buff which will allow her to pass through units when off cool down and can slow the enemies when they try to escape. Not to mention her Q Howling Gale that knocks up champions. I'd even go as far saying that her synergy with most ADCs is exceptional. She's got everything an ADC can dream of: Poke, sustain by healing, shields, movement speed and her shield even improves the attack damage while active. Please put her at least in the S tier, I think she deserves as much, unless you've got a really good reason why you put her into A. ;)

Don´t you think that volibear, shaco and shen could be even A?..It is about how you play them
