S Tier Tier 1

Great in most, if not all situations.

AÂ Tier Tier 2

Fantastic picks that suffer minor weaknesses or are strategy dependent.

B Tier Tier 3

These are "fair" champions, powerful when played right but have weaknesses that can be abused.

C Tier Tier 4

While playable, these champions weaknesses are easy to abuse, and almost all of them are outclassed by other champions.

F Tier Tier 5

Champions without a single reason to be played. Extremely weak. Completely outclassed.

I like your tier list, but i'm not sure about being S (i think he is more A if you include difficulty into placements), I think that is S with his early power (so he can contest early scuttles easier), his unfair ganks (with r), his sustain, dmg and nice scaling. is more of a support (he is great in that role) than a jungler right now. is also 2 low on this list (same reasons as Nocturne except sustain and unfair ganks). And fiddle, and are also really strong currently and I think they should be higher up as well.
But good list overall.

Oh yeah, ! Forgot about him. He is also really low in my opinion. He is also really strong. He can most definitely 1-shot as some assassins. He gets quite tanks, so he is hard to kill, His ms is crazy, so you can be running at their carry spotted from a mile away, and they still wont be able to do anything about that, just get used to a grey screen. (I have the best win rate on this champion, so I had to mention him)

This is a jungle tier list I just made out of boredom. Didn't know how to change the title.
