ADC DIFFICULTY TIER LIST Patch 12.17

Hello! Generally agree with this tierlist, few problems though:

- there is a common misconception that Ezreal is easy to play, which is wrong. People don't know how to play against him. All you have to do is stay near minions and he can't hit any Qs
- I would move Kai'Sa into B tier, as she can be a very forgiving champion for beginners. Her ultimate allows bad recalls to not have that much of an effect

add some tier descriptions to make it clearer, for example, tier one could be "very difficult" and tier 5 could be "braindead people could play them". Additionally, Samira is very hard, much harder than kai'sa or kog'maw. I'd put both in b tier (I main dog so I know how hard he is), Samira and ez in a tier, and karthus in b tier.
