ADC Tier List Patch 8.2

As You May ask, how is urgot on this ******** list. He is still viable as an adc, just isn't as viable as others like vayne and ezreal, etc. Now How is Kalista "Strong"? To my ideal point, Kalista in Patch 8.3 is going to be not so good with the range nerf to 500. Now how are GOD tiers good. Ezreal even with his damage on his q nerf did not stop him at all. Items still make him deal so much when he is fed. Kog and Varus are just, Very strong with lethal tempo while Tristana is good in pushing, damage, escaping and has a lot of things that make her easy and strong. Now how is Kindred on good? Kindred is on good because she has some good pointers and if she can get all those hunt stacks, oh damn her range as an adc late game can be broken, but she is put in Good for minor setbacks and not being able to get stacks as quickly as a jungle. (Champions on Bad are just some adc we ditched, but can be played adc.)
