Best Champions for escaping bronze Patch 8.10

Twitch is better as a jungler, hm, maybe you like him more as the adc, but at least try him in jungle, its really fun, and those lvl 2 cheezes are really satisfying. And I really dont like Rammus, he is really strong in low elo (in which I am), but how can you stand playing a champion that is that boring that much that is enough to climb? -(lol to much of "that" :) )
