Bigbird's Tier List Patch 8.2

I advise you to give Tiers names, specily when you didnt put a name for your list. That way is much easier to understand Tier lists.
As this list looks to me I guess you putted in each tier best champions on their role/lane by your opinion, thats ok, but pls write it in
the description how youre placing champions where.
