Hello. I am the BlackBoogyMan. I have been playing league for a few weeks now and wanted to make a tier list this is my personal preference on If I like the champ based on gameplay, design, lore, and emotional attachment. If you want to know where you're champ falls on my spectrum, feel free to leave a comment like "do you like x champ?" or "where would x champ be on your tier list?". My goal is to update and check it every few patches. If you hate a champ I like or love a champ I hate then remember that this is a PERSONAL preference. This is not a "How good your champ is tier list", it is a BlackBoogyMan tier list. I did not create this tier list in order to cause hate or hurt someones feelings. I simply created it because I thought it would be fun.
