On top of that, the plate armour that Kayle wears would probably have a lot of padding to it which would make her chest seem flatter; or, more accurately, it would make her chest flatter on the in-game model that the author of this post would be using as a reference (since there would be nothing but trouble if they actually made a model of Kayle with her chest properly proportioned and then overlaid a breastplate on top of that). Morgana's chest, however, is far more exposed and even shows some cleavage making it far easier to see her bust size
