good design
Possess the holy trinity of counterplay, fun to play, and skill expression. If any of these champions are out of line, usually its a numbers issue that can be resolved easily.
decent design
Don't particularly stand out on the design scale. Have okay design, maybe some counterplay, maybe are fun to play, maybe are skill expressive, but lack the three qualities simultaneously.
shit design
Something fundamentally wrong in their kit that cannot be resolved by numbers, need some form of a rework or significant power shifting to make them decent/good design. Some of these champions are dull or uninteresting.
abomination design
Whilst "good design" entails a trifecta of qualities, these guys have the opposite: not only do they lack them, they also have a big design "no-no" in their kit, for example in Fiora's case, RNG.
