I wouldn't agree with Tristana being top tier as she is one of the adc-s that suffered the most from new crit item changes, for Miss Fortune i'm not sure. You putted Malzahar twice. I think that Kennen is really strong right now, especially after his ap ratio buffs. And Kled is a top tier top-laner, and I know that, so I think you should consider putting him higher.
