Champion Difficulty Tier List Patch 12.15

This is a tier list of how difficult champions are. I will use this to primary show new players somewhat of a complexity of champions so they can decide what to play, and also players who are ranked ready and are not sure what to play. The last reason is to try and stop very low elo players from using these champions (they slow down your climb and game learning, trust me, fundamentals are more important). For this tier list, both macro and mechanics are considered. Leave a comment if you like, agree/disagree etc.

**NOTE** : Obviously, some of these you might not agree with, but I will specifically comment on why I put some champions higher or lower than usually expected. Also, this tier list is subject to change depending on how much the playstyle of the champion changes. For example, I think that Vayne rn is much easier than 3-4 years ago simply due to the buffs to her ult that let her have reduced cd on Q and resets on her ult duration in combination with the on-hit build, I believe she is a much simpler champion to play right now, mechanically at least.

**NOTE 2** : Currently preoccupied with IRL stuff, so I will finish adding notes to other champions as soon as I'm able too. Currently, only the bottom two tiers are noted.
