Fun Tier List Patch 10.21

Fun? 10 to 1?
Does that mean Blitz is fun? Do you mean fun as hilarious, fun strange to play, or fun as enjoying playing those champs?
I guess it's the last because I don't think Blitz and Sivir would be in the same list in the first two cases I've stated xD
