Hello! Interesting tier list. I have a few suggestions, if you are willing to implement them:

- Mordekaiser is actually a surprisingly good jungler. His clear is fast, he can powerfarm easily, he can solo drakes. His only issue is his ganks. They are VERY hard to pull off. Ghost is 100% needed.
- Blitzcrank can be a very good gank-spamming jungler, would fit somewhere in B or C.

Fiddle was my first mastery 5 champ, but its so easily countered and team braincels dependant that its sad. Don't find it viable in most scenarios.

I think you have to change Z as S+ or OP tier dude. And there is no way Rek'Sai can be B tier. Its S+ in high elo, S in overall. Also your highest tier isn't that op champions. Viego isn't a meta champion right now, Karthus is trash, Evelynn is A-B tier, lillia is A tier, Kindred is only acceptable for Master+ elo, Fiddlesticks is currently A-B tier. Elise, Nidalee, Warwick, Qiyana, Amumu deserves A-B, not a C.
