Good tier list, I agree with everything except for maybe. I believe he has potential to be B-tier. He has decent CC for an ADC and he can get some snipes while roaming with his R. Im not so sure about his jungle clear though and he is and stays really immobile.

's DPS is horrible compared to other AD carries. He has 57 base damage which is low even by ADC standards and with his 4 bullet system his sustained damage to kill 3k hp monsters is nonexistent. Essentially Jhin jungle is the same as Graves for the huge recharge times except Graves has 140 to 200% increased damage on each shot to compensate. Terrible clear.

Is Ez still in the jungle? I thought people just chose graves instead.

Ez jungle is definitely not meta, but bloodrazor is like a second BOTRK for him so there is a clear synergy, or you can just go full AP oneshot which is much better with his reworked W. Obviously for tryharding there's better picks but I'm sure it's sill playable.

I remember when he was chosen as a jgler. Apparently he was actually pretty good because of his clear speed. Not sure about now.
