Low elo jungle tier list Patch 10.9

Hmmm, I don't even get why people play Morgana jungle. If she misses her Q her ganks become pretty useless and she can't even get drakes by herself... Happily, I've never had one on my team yet. People should stop weird picks...

I don't think vi and zac are op champs because they cant solo carry the game and for low elo players champions like ekko, zac needs skills to play. They find it difficult to play but champions in strong tier like khazix, Jax doesn't need skills so thy can easily carry and once they are fed they areop than a fed zac, vi. Champions like ekko needs his W should be timed correctly which players in low elo find it difficult to play.
